We had several breakfasts there and one dinner. The chilaquiles was good but the green sauce was super hot. I should have asked for milder sauce . The eggs are served on the side instead of being cooked in it. They had a special, Chiles en nogada, which my wife loves

Landed in Boston around breakfast time. Searched for a spot to have breakfast before heading out of town. This place was nice and cozy. Staff were very friendly. I had the Huevos Rancheros with Chorizo with spicy green sauce. I enjoyed the meal. Food was great and plenty of flavor.

This was so incredibly good! Recommend by a friend who used to live in East Boston and it didn’t disappoint. We enjoyed a tasty brunch and were lucky enough to get a table without a wait. Looking forward to coming back or checking out their other location!

Probably one of the best Mexican breakfast/brunch plates I’ve had in Boston. Everything tasted fresh (no frozen meats), great sauces, and I especially liked the sautéed fried corn tortilla chips. Their “award-winning” guac lived up to most of the hype. A little heavy on the salt and lime, but since the chips were unsalted, it evened out nicely. The guac itself had a lighter, almost whipped consistency, and the bold seasoning actually brought out more umami. Worked great on its own, but even better alongside the steak and chorizo.

Very cool cafe in East Boston. Food is delicious and reasonably priced and coffee is great. Atmosphere is very in line with true Mexican culture — has a vibrant and warm vibe. Had breakfast and I would definitely go back.

We’re quite regulars here. Everyone, from the owner to the staff, is incredibly friendly and welcoming. As a Mexican, I absolutely love chilaquiles, which is my favorite dish.

SUCH a local gem, the most satisfying plate of brunch I’ve had in a while! Chilaquiles (get the green sauce, also highly recommend over easy eggs) were some of the most flavorful, yet natural tasting - without being heavy at all. I’d love to come back for the famous guac and some other classics. They did mix up my sauce order at first, but exchanged it without much delay - which I appreciated. I came here on Easter Sunday, and even at 1 pm it wasn’t very crowded at all. Highly recommend

Very nice Spanish Mexican café. A little bit of everything. Friendly service from everyone and the food was sooooo good. I had breakfast. Huevos Rancheros Con Verde Salsa. It was good, next time I will do the Deluxe. It is in a neighborhood so tough parking and a couple steps to go up if you have a wheelchair but I bet they would assist you. I will try this for dinner next time I am in town.
